This position reports to

Sales Support Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide sales solutions and services in the lead business across multiple countries. Each day, you will support a proper implementation and communication of the sales processes (e.g., lead to opportunities, quotations conversion process, demand side forecasting process) in your assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring proper communication and updating on issues related to tools development and new functionalities.

The work model for the role is: #L-hybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power and Smart Buildings division in Mexico . Main stakeholders are Marketing & Sales .

You will be mainly accountable for

Supporting the development and use of opportunity tracking tools and gathering the business requirements from the Sales team to enhance the sales processes and improving market intelligence.
Performing lost opportunities analyses, identifying potential causes, and recommending future actions in coordination with Sales/local business unit to achieve improved results.
Recommending revisions to existing reports and assisting in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
Analyzing order and payment behaviors with a focus on the mix of products and order entry methods to enhance the efficiency of ordering and payment processes.

Qualifications for the role

You enjoy working with the project team and the Electrification market.
Highly adept in Salesforce.
You are attentive to detail and a good communicator.
Proven experience of Business Administration or Engineering.
You are at ease communicating in English.
