About The Role

Provide strategic direction of the Bank's marketing communications, driving measurable growth in brand awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty among key target segments.
Lead a team of marketing communication specialists in developing integrated marketing communication plans—encompassing campaign architecture, key messaging, and channel strategy—for OCBC banking products and services within the assigned portfolio. Ensure all communication strategies are tightly aligned with, and directly support, the commercial objectives of each respective product or service line.
To ensure efficient allocation of human capital, budget, and timelines to drive the achievement of established marketing and commercial objectives.
Partner with Marketing Communication Head and their team to drive alignment across all marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Provide strategic creative direction to both external agencies and the internal creative team on products and services slated for promotion, ensuring that all campaigns are creatively compelling, operationally executable, and directly aligned with the Bank's business strategy.
To monitor the post-campaign performance of each marketing communication plan and use the insights gained to improve and refine future planning
To monitor the approved budget for each marketing campaign, ensuring all related procurement activities are comply wi th the Bank's established SOPs.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure all work is delivered on schedule, in line with procedures, and aligned with the Bank's business vision.
