Assist in the product development cycle of footwear, including sample tracking and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the product development cycle of footwear, including sample tracking and documentation.
Support the team in checking and organizing product specifications and material information.
Help maintain accurate and up-to-date development records and files.
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams.
Assist with day-to-day operational tasks within the R&D department.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Main Requirements

Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of working experience, bachelor's degree or above
Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time management skills.
Eager to learn, proactive, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Good verbal and written English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing).
Positive attitude, team-oriented, and willing to take on new challenges.
