Central Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team for a consistent PRN weekend opportunity .
This position is ideal for an experienced clinician or a therapist looking for a flexible weekend schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

PRN Weekend Opportunity

Weekend coverage: Saturday or Sunday — flexible based on your availability
Hours: 5–8 hours per weekend on a consistent basis
Pay: $68–$72/hour
Additional hours: ➕ Opportunity to pick up additional hours if desired

Qualifications

Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) License in good standing required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, resident-centered approach
Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
