Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications and APIs. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, experience with backend frameworks, databases, and cloud technologies, and a passion for building high-performance systems that power modern web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices.
Build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver robust solutions.
Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models.
Integrate third-party services, APIs, and payment gateways as required.
Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions.
Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in backend development.
Strong proficiency in one or more backend programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, Go, or C#.
Experience building RESTful APIs and web services.
Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
Understanding of software design patterns and data structures.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Knowledge of debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques.
