About The Role

Key Responsibilities

Engineering & Implementation

Design and deploy desktop images, configurations, and software packages.
Manage endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, JAMF) for patching, updates, and compliance.
Develop and maintain automation scripts for desktop provisioning and support.

Support & Troubleshooting

Provide Tier 3 support for escalated desktop issues.
Analyze and resolve complex hardware, software, and network problems.
Collaborate with help desk and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless support.

Security & Compliance

Ensure desktop environments comply with security policies and standards.
Implement endpoint protection, encryption, and vulnerability remediation.
Support audits and reporting related to desktop infrastructure.

Project & Collaboration

Participate in IT projects involving desktop upgrades, migrations, and rollouts.
Work with cross-functional teams to support business and technology initiatives.
Document engineering processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in desktop engineering or end-user computing.
Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, JAMF).
Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Project participation and execution The base salary range for this position is:

$200,000 - $245,000 Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits as well as the potential for an annual bonus consideration.
