About The Role

As a CCE, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls and inquiries. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be part of a dynamic team, working collaboratively to deliver excellent service and meet customer needs.

Handle inbound customer calls and provide timely and accurate information.
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times, representing the company's brand.
Document and update customer records accurately, ensuring data integrity.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations and effective problem-solving.
Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate guidance.
Identify and escalate potential customer issues to the appropriate teams.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer support processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
