Job Purpose: The role will provide support to the regional Business Development team for Latin America and US Latin, contributing to financial analysis, market intelligence, and the development of analytical tools that support the evaluation, execution, and monitoring of investments.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide support in the financial evaluation of new business opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation and updating of financial models for the analysis of investment opportunities.
  • Collect, validate, and organize financial, repertoire, and consumption data required for investment evaluations.
  • Prepare analysis and supporting documentation for internal approval processes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to analyze digital consumption trends, including reports such as Spotify Top 100 Chart Share and other strategic business indicators.
  • Develop and maintain databases, analytical tools, and reports that facilitate decision-making.
  • Support the monitoring of the financial performance of investments by comparing actual results against original projections.
  • Provide support in budget monitoring and the preparation of periodic reports for regional management.
  • Work closely with the Business Development, Finance, ACR, Legal, and Administration teams to ensure the availability, quality, and consistency of the required information.

Who You Are

  • Advanced-level student or graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of previous experience in financial analysis, consulting, corporate finance, business analytics, or similar areas will be valued.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with financial modeling is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Tableau, SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools will be considered a plus.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large volumes of information.
  • 7.5-hour business workday but variations in work volume frequently require extended working hours for evening and late-night events
