About This Job

The Field Service Team Manager is r esponsible for bring focused leadership to a team of service engineers in order to maintain operational capability whilst balancing the needs of the customer, business and the team.

  • Secure a strong QHSE culture within the Field Service organization.
  • Manage and develop capabilities needed to support the overall Service strategies.
  • Identify training needs and keep track of FSE competence improvement and personal development and skills matrix updates accordingly.
  • Ensure availability of resources & Manpower.
  • Responsible for the FSE's utilization and P3F result including investments and monitor progress against the target setting.
  • Support proactive service sales by lead generation in collaboration with Capital and Service sales.
  • Ensure that jobs are executed according to customer relationships internally and externally.
  • Lead the team even remotely giving the direction and ensuring that they are performing according with the service strategy with a strong customer orientated mindset.
  • Implement continuous efficiency improvements utilizing innovative processes and technologies.
  • Leading change management to adapt to new market demands.
  • Implement and follow up on relevant KPIs to measure and improve performance.

Qualifications & Professional Competencies

  • Fluent in English – Reading; Writing & Oral
  • Degree of Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or equivalent experiences.
  • >3 years of experience of Management role with service experience.
  • Experience from improvement tools, E.g., 5S, Project work experience.
