Executive, Ticketing Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring daily load factor and booking trends for the Jeddah (JED) route.
• Support the team in monitoring seat availability and inventory.
• Assist in preparing fare quotations for travel agents.
• Respond to travel agent enquiries and emails under the guidance of the team.
• Follow up with travel agents on quotations and payment status.
• Assist in maintaining good relationships with travel agents.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis by comparing fares, promotions and products offered by other airlines.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Support sales campaigns, promotional activities and any administrative tasks related to the Jeddah route.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, Aviation Management, Marketing or any related field.
• Internship duration of 6 months is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about the aviation, travel and tourism industry.
