Networking knowledge-LAN, WAN, systems & security technology

Overall Purpose/Objective

Of the job

To develop and implement technology solutions-specifically networking solutions, IT infrastructure & knowledge management to support achievement of strategic business goals at the Centre.

Key Deliverables

Define & adhere to IT related policies & procedures
Network redesign and maintenance
Servicing IT related project requirements by doing a comparative analysis of the vendors & assist corporate IT in finalizing the vendors.
Conduct periodic audit of the network operations (incl. spywares, spam wares, FTP revamping, addition & deletion of users, etc.) to ensure effective functioning of the network operations
Procurement of relevant Hardware/software
MIS/Reporting
Day to day operations and providing support to all existing IT applications
