Code Red Code Blue Per Diem Internal

Provides peer support and assistance to individuals working toward wellness, recovery, and greater stability. Supports individuals in identifying goals, building on strengths, and accessing appropriate services and resources. Connects individuals with community resources, treatment and recovery services, and other supports as appropriate. Builds positive relationships with community partners and participates in outreach, engagement, and recovery-focused activities. Provides support during periods of crisis within the scope of training and agency guidelines. Assists with coordination and follow-up as needed. Maintains appropriate documentation and confidentiality and supports safe, effective Center operations. Participates in required meetings, trainings, and other activities consistent with the position and agency expectations.
