About the Role

We are looking for a commercially minded and analytical Solutions Sales Representative to support the growth and profitability of our business. In this role, you will work closely with vendors, sales teams, business intelligence, and operational stakeholders to ensure successful execution of business strategies, optimise product performance, and identify new commercial opportunities.

What You'll Do

Execute the Business Unit strategy to grow profitable market share and achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to develop pricing strategies and support vendor business plans.
Analyse market trends, sales performance, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and provide business recommendations.
Manage vendor and product lifecycles, ensuring system accuracy, contract management, and product adoption.
Build and maintain strong operational and commercial relationships with key vendor contacts.
Identify and implement process improvements while ensuring effective use of CRM and reporting tools.

What We're Looking For

Experience in the IT industry , ideally within category management, product management, vendor management, finance, purchasing, or product marketing.
Strong commercial awareness and analytical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Strong time management, prioritisation, and multitasking skills.
High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with SAP R3 , Business Warehouse, and CRM systems is an advantage.
Experience working in a matrix organisation and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Business planning experience with a strong operational focus.
Fluent Polish and English , both written and spoken.
