• •           Perform Level 1 analysis and Raise ticket with NCR ATM SW support based on analysis and feedback
•  
• •           Supporting operations project and providing support for operations issues
•  
• •           Supporting in deployment of patches and development releases, and production fixes per SIT/UAT progress
•  
• •           Sharing logs and findings for incidents and support cases raised with NCR software support
•  
• •           Completing "Tech Requests" assigned
•  
• Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
