About The Role
[What the role is]
To support the development of commercially viable products, value-led experiences and pricing frameworks that strengthen Sentosa’s visitor proposition and drive incremental revenue for SDC and its Island Partners.
The role is responsible for building a continuous pipeline of new products, bundles and photo-worthy micro-experiences across Sentosa, working closely with Island Partners and internal stakeholders to curate fresh, authentic and commercially accretive offerings. This includes identifying new product opportunities, supporting experience design, developing pricing recommendations, and ensuring pricing governance, price parity and revenue controls are properly maintained across sales channels.
[What you will be working on]
Product Development & Experience Curation
- Identify and develop new products, bundles and curated experiences that enhance Sentosa's destination appeal and commercial performance.
- Collaborate with Island Partners to co-create innovative, value-driven visitor experiences and ancillary revenue opportunities.
- Analyse market trends, visitor insights and competitor offerings to identify product innovation opportunities.
- Translate business needs into feasible product concepts and coordinate cross-functional teams to support product development, launch and optimisation.
Pricing Strategy & Revenue Governance
- Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies for products, partner offerings, bundles and campaigns.
- Conduct pricing analysis, benchmarking and financial modelling to optimise revenue and competitiveness.
- Ensure pricing governance, approval processes and price parity across all sales channels.
- Review promotional pricing and discounts to ensure alignment with commercial objectives and pricing policies.
Commercialisation & Partner Management
- Partner with the Business Partnerships team and Island Partners to develop and commercialise new products and experiences.
- Support commercial discussions on pricing, packaging, revenue-sharing and operational requirements.
- Coordinate partner onboarding and product launches across Sentosa's sales and distribution channels.
- Serve as the key liaison between partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
Performance Monitoring & Optimisation
- Monitor product, campaign and partner performance against revenue, sales and visitor engagement targets.
- Prepare performance reports, pricing analyses and business recommendations for management.
- Identify opportunities to optimise product offerings, pricing strategies and commercial outcomes.
Administration & Operational Support
- Manage operational and financial administration, including purchase orders, invoices, payments and accruals.
- Maintain pricing, product and governance documentation in compliance with internal policies.
- Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Legal and other stakeholders on vendor onboarding, contracting and payment processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and governance.
[What we are looking for]
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, Economics, Finance or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in product development, pricing, revenue management, commercial planning, business development, partnerships or sales.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to assess product viability, pricing impact and revenue opportunities.
- Good analytical and numerical skills, with experience in pricing analysis, benchmarking, reporting or performance tracking.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Good project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams from concept development to implementation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare proposals, presentations and management updates.
- Meticulous and structured, with attention to detail in pricing, product information, commercial terms and governance processes.
- Resourceful, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving business needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in tourism, attractions, hospitality, travel, e-commerce, retail, lifestyle, events or related industries will be an advantage.
- Experience in pricing, revenue management, product packaging or partnership-led product development will be an added advantage.
