What’s the role?

You’ll lead the downstream Finance and Risk outcomes for customer and product migration within the UNITE Program. Bringing together stakeholders from across Finance, Risk, Treasury, Regulatory Reporting, Data, Technology and the broader business, you’ll turn complex migration impacts into a clear roadmap, practical priorities and confident decisions.

You’ll help protect the integrity of downstream data, systems, reporting and controls from planning through to migration and stabilisation. From setting acceptance criteria and overseeing data quality to guiding testing, cutover and business readiness, you’ll play a central role in delivering migration outcomes that support customers, regulatory compliance, financial integrity and effective risk management.

This is a full time role preferably based in Sydney, but open on location.

What do I need?

  • Broad expertise across banking Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting and Data domains
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in risk, capital, and regulatory environments
  • Experience leading complex customer or product migrations and translating strategy into clear delivery priorities
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, customer structures, regulatory obligations and risk management frameworks
  • Expertise in data governance, data quality, reconciliation, reporting and traceability across source and target systems
  • The ability to align senior stakeholders, resolve competing priorities and lead multidisciplinary teams through significant change
