About The Role

  • 协助团队收集利率债券及相关衍生产品的市场信息；
  • 协助销售团队完成日常工作流程，包括数据收集、研究分析等；
  • 协助团队制作产品方案，以及衍生产品的内部业务流程；
  • 协助进行利率债相关的专题研究；
  • 为利率业务相关产品销售工作提供其它所需支持。
  • 诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗，具备良好的道德品质；
  • 本科及以上学历在读，金融、经济或相关专业优先，具有海外留学或交换背景者优先；
  • 具有突出的学术成绩，精通中英文口语写作；
  • 对利率市场有浓厚的兴趣；
  • 能熟练使用Office系列办公软件，能熟练使用Wind、Bloomberg者优先；
  • 具备优秀的沟通能力、团队合作能力和求知欲；
  • 为人正直、热情，富有责任心，有相关实习经历者优先。
