Whether someone is advancing their career, changing direction, or returning to learning, they need confidence that their next step is the right one. We're looking for a Marketing Manager who can help make those decisions easier. 

Leading marketing for our postgraduate and lifelong learning portfolio, you'll use audience insight, strategic thinking, and compelling storytelling to engage prospective students and help them understand the opportunities available to them. You'll be comfortable working across a broad portfolio, translating complexity into clear, relevant marketing that supports informed decision-making and meaningful engagement.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity. The full salary range for this role is $114,000 - $ 154,000 - Band I.

He kōrero mōu | About you

We're seeking a collaborative and results-driven marketing professional with experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns, content and events within a complex, stakeholder-rich environment. You'll have a track record of successfully managing multiple priorities, working across diverse portfolios, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and senior leaders to achieve shared goals.

You'll combine strong people leadership and communication skills with a data-informed approach to decision making, using insights and performance metrics to optimise outcomes and inform recommendations.

We're particularly interested in people who bring

  • Experience delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns, content and events, from strategy and planning through to execution and evaluation.
  • Strong strategic marketing capability, with the ability to translate organisational objectives into impactful audience engagement activities.
  • A data-informed approach to decision-making, using insights and performance metrics to optimise outcomes.
  • An innovative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement, with experience enhancing processes, services or ways of working.
