Position Summary
As a Technical Product Manager you will join our Engineering team in Poland to work on our cutting-edge platform. You'll be pivotal in bridging product vision with stakeholder needs, collaborating closely with our US-based product team and Poland-based engineering team. Within the platform you will be working on Platform Foundations like Infrastructure, Framework or Auth any other new/future capabilities supporting merchants and customer experience
Responsibilities
- Refine product backlogs and prioritize features in tandem with our US product management team.
- Continuously optimize , manage, and refine backlog based on evolving priorities, feedback, and business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories with clear, measurable acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with development teams to plan and prioritize features for each sprint.
- Partner with designers to develop designs based on user stories/acceptance criteria.
- Partner with product and engineering management on product increment (PI) planning.
- Communicate with appropriate stakeholders around delivery timelines/delays.
- Lead release and change management activities
- Ensure that the delivered features meet the desired quality standards and fulfill the business requirements.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and end-users throughout the sprint to validate that the implemented features align with their needs and expectations.
- Evaluate the delivered features in terms of their business value and impact on achieving the product vision and goals.
- Adjust the prioritization of features or reprioritize the backlog to ensure that the most valuable items are being worked on.
- Communicate regularly with the development team to ensure alignment on the sprint goals, progress, and any changes in priorities or requirements.
- Monitor stakeholder satisfaction with the progress and outcomes of the sprint, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
Our Requirements
- Previous experience as a Product Owner in a product-focused company.
- Experience in web technology development (at least experience on programmer positions).
- Experience in infrastructure & information systems.
- Strong prioritization skills, including the ability to effectively negotiate and balance competing priorities, coupled with an outcome-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in articulating product specifications, overseeing launches, assessing impacts, and suggesting enhancements.
- User-centric focus with a keen eye for web interface usability.
- Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, leveraging their expertise as necessary.
- Solid understanding of Agile Development and Scrum methodologies.
Nice to have
- Experience in logistics , e-commerce or transportation domains.
- Exposure to working in diverse, international environments.
