Position Summary

Gate Service Driver is responsible for driving a modified golf cart on the airport ramp to provide catering services to airline customers in a timely manner. The Driver must follow all safety procedures when loading and unloading equipment into the warehouse, carts, and aircraft.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage and deliver multiple tasks and delivering them within the assigned deadlines.
Work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and overtime when mandated
Arrive to work on-time and in uniform
Maintain a clean driving record
Complete paperwork
Communicate by radio to supervisors and dispatchers
Work as a member of a team

Job Skills

Current driver’s license and clean driving record required
Complete mandatory Driving Test and AOA training at the airport

Environmental Requirements

Will be exposed to utmost temperature changes and noise
Be able to work up to ten (10) feet in the air
Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to fifty (50) pounds
Regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours
