Management Assistant

Purpose: To provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Managing Director and Management Team, including meeting coordination, minute-taking, action tracking, and preparation of management communications, while maintaining strong organisation, attention to detail, and discretion.

Key Area of Responsibilities

• Provide executive and administrative support to the Managing Director and management team
• Coordinate management meetings, ensure accurate minute-taking, and track follow-up actions
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director
• Coordinate arrangements for high-level visitors and customers, including logistics and hospitality
• Manage travel arrangements for the Managing Director and management team
• Prepare and disseminate internal communications and announcements from headquarters
• Support ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in supporting senior management

Self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong organisational, communication, and time management skills

Strong problem-solving ability with a high level of technical proficiency

Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant productivity tools
