About The Role

  1. Indirect Sourcing Operations
  • Execute purchasing for indirect materials, equipment, and services, including MRO (PR intake, RFQ, quote comparison, PO issuance, goods receipt, and invoice settlement).
  • Support RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, analyze bids, and assist with supplier selection.
  • Support negotiation of commercial terms (price, delivery, payment terms) and assist with contract drafting and document management.
  1. Supplier Management
  • Register new suppliers and maintain master data for existing suppliers, including key information and performance records.
  • Act as the first point of contact to coordinate corrective actions when delivery, quality, or service issues arise.
  • Use purchasing performance and supplier evaluations to strengthen negotiation power and supply chain competitiveness.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Gather and align requirements for new services and materials with relevant departments.
  • Drive information sharing and coordination to quickly resolve production, material, and quality issues and identify improvements.
  1. Performance Analysis
  • Analyze KPIs such as procurement results, cost savings, and on-time delivery.
  • Assess supplier performance and develop improvement plans.
  • Prepare regular management reports with key insights and improvement actions.
  1. Continuous Improvement
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
  • Analyze indirect sourcing results to continuously improve cost, quality, and service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management or related roles in manufacturing (purchasing, production management, production planning).
  • Strong proficiency in English (business level required).
  • Experience and proficiency in ERP systems (MRO/purchasing modules), data aggregation, analysis, and reporting; advanced skills in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possession of purchasing-related certifications (CPSM, KPM, CPIM, etc).
  • Experience with global supply chain management and/or multinational corporations or overseas branches.
  • Project management experience including supply chain setup, overseas joint ventures, or project leadership.
  • Background in battery, electrical, electronics, chemical, or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.​
