What’s the role?
We're seeking a proactive, experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our Chief Product Owner within Consumer Banking. This is a permanent hybrid role based in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country.
In this high trust role, you'll provide proactive executive support across diary management, inbox management, travel coordination, expenses, stakeholder engagement and team administration. You'll act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring every meeting, message, query and follow up is handled with care and precision.
You'll also support the coordination of town halls, team events and offsites, assist with invoice management and reporting, and contribute to the wider team when needed.

What do I need?
- Experience supporting senior managers or executives within a large and complex organisation
- Proven ability to manage diaries, inboxes and competing priorities with excellent attention to detail
- Experience coordinating travel, expenses, events and stakeholder interactions
- Strong digital skills across Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Teams, with an interest in leveraging AI tools
- Excellent communication skills, a professional approach and a willingness to support both senior leaders and the wider team
