Senior Dealer

The successful candidate will be accountable for

• Own execution quality and exposure decisions across assigned client books — not just place trades, but decide when and how to hedge (A-book/B-book) within firm risk limits, without close supervision.
• Lead detection and escalation of abusive trading patterns (latency arbitrage, gap abuse, terms-breaching scalping), applying judgment against the Client Agreement rather than following a checklist.
• Direct liaison with liquidity providers on pricing, execution issues, and connectivity — resolving problems, not just flagging them upward.
• Review and mentor Dealing Officers and Dealers: sign off on their trade decisions where required, coach them through live incidents, and contribute to their onboarding and certification progress.
• Author incident reports, escalation documentation, and dealing logs to a standard suitable for compliance/regulatory review.
• Cover and deputize for the Supervisor on desk coordination, including weekend/24-hour product monitoring (e.g. gold CFD, crypto) where applicable.
• Interpret and apply CySEC regulatory requirements independently, flagging gaps in internal policy rather than simply following it.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications/skills

• Minimum 3–5 years' dealing room experience at a regulated forex/CFD brokerage (this is not an entry point — no training runway for core dealing skills)
• Demonstrated track record of independent hedging/risk decisions, not just order execution under supervision
• Strong working knowledge of MetaTrader Manager & Client Terminal — mandatory, not "a plus"
• CySEC Advanced Certificate
• Proven experience identifying and escalating abusive trading behavior
• Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior dealers required
• Comfortable operating with minimal oversight during volatile market conditions and off-hours coverage
• Fluent English
• Flexible to work on a weekly rotating shift (morning/ afternoon/ night).
