Resident Services Associate
- Oakmont Gardens | 301 White Oak Drive, Santa Rosa, CA 95409
- Pay Range: $20-$24
Schedule (Full-Time): 10PM-6AM

At Oakmont Gardens, the Resident Services Associate is a unique blended role combining hands-on resident care, concierge hospitality, and wellness-related administrative support. This position is generally divided between Resident Care Associate duties (40%), Concierge duties (40%), and Wellness clerical support (20%).
What You’ll Do
- Assist Assisted Living residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, eating, mobility, and positioning.
- Respond to resident call systems, assist with transfers and escorts, and report changes or concerns promptly.
- Provide front desk coverage and warmly welcome residents, families, guests, vendors, and service providers.
- Answer and direct calls, assist with routine requests, manage visitors, packages, mail, and community communications.
- Monitor community entrances and security systems according to established procedures.
- Maintain accurate resident information, directories, status lists, logs, calendars, and other administrative records.
- Assist with scheduling assessments, appointments, meetings, and other resident-service activities.
- Support communication and documentation between residents, families, staff, physicians, and outside providers as directed.
- Maintain resident privacy, confidentiality, safety, and professionalism at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Senior living, caregiving, resident services, concierge, or front desk experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Comfortable balancing hands-on resident care with front desk and administrative responsibilities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, and general office equipment.
- Ability to multitask, solve routine problems, and recognize when concerns should be escalated.
- Must be able to perform the physical requirements of resident care, including standing, walking, bending, transferring, transporting, turning, and positioning residents as needed.
