Position Overview

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Production Operator to support manufacturing operations in a safe, efficient, and quality-focused environment. This role is responsible for material preparation, equipment operation, product packaging, and adherence to established procedures. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a global company that connects innovation with customer success across diverse industries.

Primary Responsibilities

Prepare and transport raw materials and packaging supplies.
Operate production equipment following work instructions.
Monitor equipment performance and process rates.
Perform initial product testing and release checks.
Verify labels and packaging materials for accuracy.
Package finished products according to quality standards.
Follow quality, safety, and environmental procedures.
Maintain housekeeping standards and support team objectives.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
Ability to read and follow work orders, safety procedures, and quality instructions.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Availability to work assigned shifts.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting materials with assistance.

Preferred Requirements

1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Basic English communication skills.
Experience operating production or processing equipment.
Familiarity with quality, safety, and operational procedures in a manufacturing setting.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
