Purpose of the Position

To support repair center operations by assisting with the tracking, inspection, documentation, and processing of devices and equipment received for repair, contributing to efficient repair workflows and service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, logging, and tracking devices and components sent to the repair center.
• Support repair technicians by preparing equipment, spare parts, and documentation.
• Conduct basic inspections and verify the completeness of repaired equipment.
• Help manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and repair materials.
• Assist in packaging and shipping repaired equipment to customers or service locations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the repair center.
