Technology stack: GenAI platforms and enterprise AI tooling: Azure OpenAI, Snowflake Cortex, Databricks, Twoday's own AI Agent, RAG architectures, and enterprise data & API integrations, python.
In this role you will
- Design and build Generative AI use cases together with customers, translating business needs into AI solution concepts.
- Design AI behavior, interaction patterns, prompting strategies, and guardrails.
- Work hands-on with GenAI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Snowflake Cortex, Databricks, or Twoday's own AI Agent.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers and Machine Learning / Data Science specialists during implementation.
- Facilitate customer workshops and design sessions, framing ambiguous business problems into AI-suitable use cases.
- Ensure solutions are usable, responsible, and aligned with enterprise requirements.
What we do expect
- Background in analytics, data or software development, with curiosity to keep learning in a fast-evolving field.
- Understanding of common GenAI patterns such as RAG, AI agents, copilots, and tool usage.
- Ability to design and evaluate prompting strategies, context handling, and guardrails.
- Understanding of human-centered design, user interaction, and adoption challenges.
- Comfort working in customer-facing roles, with clear communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English language.

- Gross salary: 2925-7000 EUR. Your salary is based on your competence and experience.
This role is open only to candidates with Lithuanian citizenship or a valid work permit in Lithuania. We are currently unable to relocate candidates from outside Lithuania or offer remote working opportunities outside Lithuania.
