About The Role

The Analyst, Remarketing Enhancement & Make-Ready supports the launch and scaling of IAA’s vehicle enhancement and make-ready program as part of the broader Remarketing Growth Strategy. This role partners closely with the Manager of Remarketing Enhancements to provide data analysis, reporting, vendor performance tracking, and process documentation that enable consistent execution, cost discipline, and cycle-time improvement across the field. The analyst plays a foundational role in establishing program baselines, monitoring performance, identifying trends and risks, and translating operational data into actionable insights that support Gross Transaction Value (GTV) growth, seller experience improvement, and operational efficiency as remarketing services expand across branches and regions.

The posted hiring range represents a general guideline; compensation will be determined using location‑based market data across North America and may vary accordingly.

  • Program Analytics & Reporting – Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards related to enhancement volume, cycle time, aging, completion status, and exceptions. Establish baseline metrics and track trends to support leadership visibility and decision-making. 40%
  • Cost & Vendor Performance Analysis – Analyze internal vs. vendor costs, track vendor utilization and SLA performance, identify cost variances, and surface opportunities to improve margin, pricing discipline, and vendor effectiveness. 30%
  • Process Documentation & Operational Support – Document enhancement and make-ready workflows, support SOP development, and assist with pilot programs and rollouts by validating data, tracking issues, and supporting training materials. 15%
  • Continuous Improvement & Trend Identification – Identify operational bottlenecks, recurring errors, or inefficiencies in enhancement execution and billing; provide data-backed recommendations for process, policy, or system improvements. 10%
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Support – Prepare analysis, summaries, and presentation materials for leadership updates, operational reviews, and planning discussions. 5%

Education: Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors In Business, Operations, Analytics, Supply Chain,

Technical/Professional Accreditation Finance, or related field required. Lean / Six Sigma, data analytics, or business intelligence certifications preferred but not required. 3+ years in an analyst, operations support, business analytics, or process improvement role
