Are you ready to discover the role of an  Technical Assistance Expert  in Netcompany?

As a  Technical Assistance Expert  you will provide technical and analytical support for IT systems, databases and digital solutions, focusing on system improvement and business requirements.

As an  Technical Assistance Expert , you will

Analyse and assess IT systems, databases and business processes, identifying improvements and data-quality issues.
Extract, validate and analyse data, identifying trends, anomalies and risks and preparing reports and dashboards.
Gather and analyse user and business requirements and support functional specifications, testing and UAT.
Assess the impact of policy and regulatory changes on IT systems, data and processes.
Provide technical and analytical support for system development and improvement.
Prepare technical documentation, briefing notes and business assessments.
Collaborate with IT, policy, legal and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions.

What would make you a fit for the role

University degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT systems, databases, data analytics or policy analysis.
Experience working with databases, data analysis and reporting, preferably in a public-sector or regulatory environment.
Strong skills in data analysis, reporting and data visualisation tools.
Ability to translate technical and policy requirements into practical recommendations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of French is an asset.
Experience working with EU institutions, agencies or international organisations and/or regulatory systems is an advantage.
