IT Engineer Intern

Roles and Responsibility

Provide first line of IT support via phone, email, chat.
Manages service desk support tickets and requests.
Assist in onsite meetings, events, and physical troubleshooting/repair of hardware and connectivity.
Can coordinate process to other service teams as necessary.
Installing and configuring operating systems and application software.
Implementing best practices for system security and data backups.
Troubleshooting and resolving all technical issues when they arise.
Communicating effectively with IT support staff to ensure the setup process runs smoothly.

Qualifications

Enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems,

Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any related courses.

Can render a minimum of 500 hours of internship training.
Willing to be on a hybrid set-up, 2 days onsite and 3 days remote
Knowledgeable in network security and troubleshooting.
Familiar but not limited to the following applications: Desktop Windows OS, Desktop MAC

OS, Microsoft applications, Microsoft teams, windows server, Business applications
(zoom, adobe).
