Part-Time Training & Administration Project Support

About The Role
We are looking for an organized and proactive Part-Time Training & Administration Intern to support the planning, coordination, and administration of training events. The successful candidate will work closely with training managers and stakeholders to ensure a smooth participant experience and efficient day-to-day operations. 
Key Responsibilities 
- Support the administration and coordination of training events and workshops. 
- Manage participant registrations, enrolments, confirmations, and attendance records. 
- Assist with scheduling training sessions and maintaining training calendars. 
- Coordinate communications with participants, trainers, and stakeholders. 
- Prepare training materials, reports, and meeting documentation. 
- Monitor and update training-related databases and records. 
- Provide general administrative support to training managers and the wider team. 
Skills & Qualifications 
- Currently enrolled in a university or higher education program. 
- Strong organizational and time management skills. 
- Fluent in German and English ; additional languages are a plus. 
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint. 
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
- Proactive, reliable, and customer-service-oriented mindset.
