Temporary Recruitment Officer (3 month)

Quantanite ( www.quantanite.com ) is looking for a seasoned and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to conduct an end to end recruitment process and ensure high quality talent is hired within the approved timelines.

Responsibilities

At Quantanite, your work will directly contribute to us achieving our long term ambitions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conduct end to end hiring process and ensure adherence
• Own and optimally make use of all recruitment systems and platforms within Quantanite
• Recommend and ensure adherence to hiring timelines
• Vet and interrogate the quality of candidates prior to hiring by aligning to job requirements
• Negotiate contracts
• Networking and Headhunting
• Interviewing and assessing candidates
• Screening and shortlisting candidates
• Run background and reference checks
• Organising interviews
• Advertising roles

Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 - prerequisite
• Diploma in Human Resources or similar - highly desirable
• Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment in a BPO environment or Agency environment
