Senior Finance Leader – Strategic & Business Transformation Role

We are looking for a high‑impact Finance Leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and transformation . In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders, drive complex financial analysis, and lead cross‑functional initiatives that influence decision‑making at scale.

This is an opportunity for a seasoned finance professional who wants to shape strategy, modernize processes, and mentor the next generation of leaders , while representing the business across regions and with external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

Lead, influence, and drive results

Lead and contribute expert guidance to functional and cross‑functional project teams , driving initiatives that matter.
Act as a trusted financial advisor to business leaders, influencing strategic decisions across a broad scope.
Perform complex to highly complex financial analysis , translating data into clear insights and actionable outcomes.
Forecast financial results, anticipate risks and opportunities, and help shape forward‑looking business strategies .
Represent the business unit in cross‑regional and cross‑functional planning forums , ensuring financial rigor and alignment.
Represent the organization professionally with external customers and clients when needed.

Transform how finance operates

Define, guide, and implement process improvements and financial policies that increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Lead and drive business and finance transformation initiatives , including automation and modernization.

Build talent and strong partnerships

Lead and oversee analysts across multiple finance sub‑functions.
Develop strong internal and external relationships that enable collaboration and execution.

What You Bring

Experience & Education

Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics , or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7–10 years of progressive experience in finance, such as financial management, accounting, internal audit, or similar roles.
Experience working with complex businesses, multiple stakeholders, and ambiguity .

Technical & Business Expertise

Strong knowledge of financial analysis, planning, forecasting, and modeling
Deep understanding of GAAP, financial statements, internal controls, and P&L management
Experience with SAP applications , KPIs.
