Multiple Opportunities

The hybrid IE will be responsible for supporting Garage and Co-Manufacturing supply strategy development and providing analysis and support for the Mars Wrigley Business under the direction of the Segment IE Manager to drive portfolio growth and effective cost agendas. The position will identify and evaluate financial opportunities and recommend solutions that will drive overall pipeline effectiveness and continuous improvement. The position will also drive timely implementation of these and other initiatives at plants and across segment production lines.

*A pproximate 50% in-office; work model subject to periodic review

What are we looking for?

​ Minimum

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical), Business Administration, Finance, or a related quantitative/technical discipline AND/ OR
  • 5+ years experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Strategy, Operations, or Network/Capacity Planning within a fast-paced Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG/FMCG) or multi-site manufacturing environment.
  • Direct experience developing business cases and financial justifications for capital expenditure (CapEx) projects, including feasibility studies, scope definition, and stakeholder alignment ​
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders (R&D, Finance, Brand Marketing, Plant Leadership).
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Preferred

  • Master’s degree (MBA, MS in Supply Chain, or Master of Engineering).
  • Professional supply chain or project management certifications (e.g., APICS/ASCM CSCP/CPIM, PMP, or Lean/Six Sigma).
  • 7+ years of supply chain strategy experience within food, beverage, confectionery, or pet care manufacturing.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Serve as the primary Supply Lead for designated initiatives, designing feasible and viable network solutions to ensure seamless integration from early design through manufacturing execution.
  • Champion Supply representation within the Quest stage-gate process, securing cross-functional alignment across Commercial, R&D, and Supply Chain for flawless product launches and market activities.
  • Author, submit, and gain business alignment for capital investment projects (MPARs), guiding projects through the Capital Project Process (CPP) feasibility and scoping phases in close partnership with Project Managers.
  • Collaborate on long-term site Master Planning, actively driving the ‘Create’ and ‘Mobilize’ phases to align physical manufacturing capabilities and infrastructure with future multi-year brand strategies.
  • Lead long-term (5-year) capacity modeling and network utilization strategy to secure product supply, eliminate structural constraints, and support sustained segment growth.
  • Develop robust sourcing and risk-mitigation frameworks—including make-vs-buy financial appraisals and business continuity planning—to ensure uninterrupted supply resiliency and Freedom to Operate.
  • Partner closely with Finance and Commercial to model financial impacts, execute Cost of Goods Sold ( COGS ) reduction initiatives, and optimize inventory to maximize profitability and margin growth.
  • Analyze equipment throughput and supply bottlenecks across the manufacturing network, proposing innovative capacity optimization and asset debottlenecking solutions.
  • Maintain and leverage a centralized manufacturing capability registry (process, product, and packaging platforms) to accelerate scale-up and new product launches.
  • Establish seamless operational feedback loops with manufacturing sites and End-to-End Planning teams to drive alignment, accelerate issue resolution, and sustain high service levels.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 108,160.00 - USD 148,720.00
