About The Role
Join our dynamic Cardiology team as a Cardiology Diagnostic Technician ! This role combines administrative and clinical support responsibilities to help deliver exceptional patient care within a fast-paced cardiology environment.
Key responsibilities include scheduling patients, answering phones, troubleshooting remote bedside monitoring equipment, and assisting nurses with collecting and transmitting data from implanted cardiac devices such as pacemakers, implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs), and implantable loop recorders (ILRs). Upon obtaining CRAT certification, you will also interpret cardiac rhythms from implanted loop recorders and Holter monitors and support inpatient cardiac device monitoring.
The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of cardiac rhythms, strong communication and organizational skills, and a desire to develop expertise in arrhythmia interpretation. This position involves both telephone and in-person patient interactions, making a patient-centered approach and excellent customer service skills essential. Schedule
- Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud Hospital
- Days | 8-hr shifts | between 7am-4:30pm | Monday-Friday
Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $22.87 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $21.54-32.96 per hour

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician (CRAT through CCI) or Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT through CCI) required within 1 year of hire.
- 2 years of experience or related training preferred.
- ECG tracing recognition preferred
- Demonstration of pacer or Holter and ECG services required.
- Must maintain sufficient continuing medical education in the field of electrocardiography to keep CCT/CES credential current.
