Senior Full Stack Developer - Java & React

Overview: As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you should have a solid background JAVA and React and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the systems. Candidate will mentor and manage the team. Candidate must be self-directed and comfortable taking ownership of the project and tasks assigned. Responsibilities: Understand business processes, underlying data architecture and architect/design/automate manual business processes. Develop rich user interfaces which incorporate complex business workflows. Provide technical support to business users of above systems. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with global business and technical teams. Willingness to learn and work on different technologies and tools. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science or equivalent. Overall ~5-9 years of experience building rich user interfaces. Proficiency in Java programming. Proficiency in ReactJS. Proficiency in object-oriented programming. Experience with SQL Server. Willingness to learn modern development practices, frameworks, and patterns. Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes. Exposure to microservices architecture, including understanding of service-based design, API integration, and distributed systems. Self-directed and comfortable taking ownership of end-to-end execution of projects. Strong communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Engage with global business teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions. Ability to multi-task and thrive in fast paced, rapidly changing and complex environment. Flexible and willing to work in 11/12 to 8/9 pm timings. Good to have: Familiarity with Capital markets and Mutual funds industry/data. Familiarity with python. Maintain a proactive focus on fostering business growth by recommending innovative solutions.
