Customer Service Agent English Speaker - Night Shifts (m/f/d)

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are the first point of contact for our customers, advising them on bookings, rental agreements, complaints, and invoices
• You support business and private customers by phone and email, helping them navigate online booking systems, make reservations, and find the right solution for any issue
• You approach every interaction with a sympathetic ear and a solution-oriented mindset, offering customers a full-service experience
• You collaborate closely with other departments to deliver the best possible service and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Language  You are fluent in English (written and spoken) with a clear and confident way of expressing yourself
• Availability  You are available to work fully remotely from Portugal in rotating shifts from 6pm to 8am
• Experience  You enjoy customer contact and handle challenging situations with professionalism and warmth — prior experience in customer service, a call centre, or BPO environment is required 
• Soft Skills  You are organised, communicative, resilient under a heavy workload, and highly dependable
• Team Spirit  You thrive in international teams and value the exchange with colleagues across different backgrounds
• Tools  You are comfortable working with MS Office programs, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
