Make your impact
You’ll play a key role in solving real-world challenges. You’ll apply your skills to deliver results that matter whether that’s through engineering, planning or customer support. You’ll work with purpose, learn every day and help shape a more sustainable future.
What you’ll do
⦿ Project Planning & Delivery: Lead the planning and execution of complex engineering and new product development projects, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk objectives are met. You will maintain clear project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers to promote transparency and shared understanding. You will lead by influence, fostering alignment and accountability without direct reports. Daily responsibilities include running meetings, driving actions, escalating issues, and maintaining clear, empathetic communication with diverse stakeholders.
⦿ Reporting, Governance & PMO Alignment: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments. Provide structured reporting to leadership and PMO governance forums, enabling informed decision-making and proactive issue resolution.
⦿ Continuous Improvement & Process Ownership: Identify opportunities to enhance project delivery processes and workflows. Champion disciplined, repeatable project management practices across the portfolio and contribute to PMO initiatives that improve consistency and efficiency.
