Student Worker - Athletics

The Athletics Department is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable student worker to assist with administrative tasks that support the university's athletic teams.

Key Responsibilities include

• Keeping team rosters up to date
• Assisting with the management over gym calendars and schedule
• Answer phone calls - as needed
• Scan, file, and organize athletics-related documents
• Assist Coaches with tasks - as needed

Requirements

• Full-time student in good academic standing
• Can work a minimum of 8-10 hours per week
• Attention to detail and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email
• Dependable, punctual, and discreet
