About The Role

Perform a combination of clerical tasks to support office, business, or administrative operations by performing the following duties. Our employees must be well-groomed, helpful, and patient and enjoy working with others. We are looking for staff to work Full Time and Part Time, All Shifts Available, 7 Days a week. Pay Range $17.00 - $19.00

  • Review, audit and input Daily Cash Receipts (DCR).
  • Entering Monthly Parker and payment of such.
  • Process payments received by locations.
  • Data entry under JDE 8.12. & Park ABM
  • Assist in verifying DCR bank deposits and issuing Discrepancy Reports as needed.
  • Assist with all collections by phone.
  • Maintain filing and monthly storage of all forms.
  • Performs receptionist duties as needed.
  • Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ensure each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes proactively greeting and thanking each customer.
  • Maintain established policies, procedures, objectives and quality assurance.
  • Follow established dress code and hygiene guidelines, including being properly identified.
  • Alert appropriate personnel if suspicious activity is noticed during the regular course of duty. Proactive approach, greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide quick, responsive customer service.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Must be able to communicate (written and verbally) in English, Bilingual - Spanish preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Excellent with basic Math
  • Preferred experience in JDE/Score 4, but not required
  • Education: high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player
  • Enjoy working with the general public
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check, drug test and MVR check.
