Requirements

3+ years of professional Webflow development experience.
Strong experience building production-ready, responsive Webflow websites from Figma.
Strong understanding of Webflow CMS, reusable components, variables, and scalable class naming.
Strong working knowledge of Finsweet Attributes, including CMS Filter, CMS Load, CMS Sort, CMS Combine, and advanced collection-list use cases
Good command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with Webflow Interactions, GSAP, and ScrollTrigger.
Experience with APIs, forms, CRMs, analytics tools, and third-party integrations.
Strong understanding of website performance, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
Strong attention to visual detail, responsive behaviour, and UX quality.
Experience working with designers, project managers, and clients.
Strong portfolio of Webflow projects.

Responsibilities

Build responsive, production-ready Webflow websites from detailed Figma designs.
Create scalable Webflow systems using reusable components, variables, and structured class naming.
Build and manage CMS-driven websites with clean architecture.
Develop polished interactions and animations using Webflow, GSAP, and ScrollTrigger.
Implement custom functionality using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Integrate websites with forms, APIs, CRMs, analytics platforms, and third-party services.
Optimise websites for performance, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
Perform QA across browsers, devices, breakpoints, CMS content, and interactions.
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients from development through launch.
Take ownership of technical execution while maintaining high design quality.
