About the Role

We are currently looking for an Income Tax Manager to join our tax team. This role will have broad responsibility across global tax compliance, tax accounting, international tax, and operational tax matters. We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated and energetic, confident, respectful and works well both independently and within teams.

  • Utilize technical tax knowledge, including current developments, to accurately and timely satisfy federal, state, city and foreign income and franchise tax return reporting responsibilities.
  • Manage outside counsel and external tax advisors on calculations and documentation pertaining to global income tax reporting and compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with finance team in assisting global financial reporting.
  • Manage foreign income tax extensions and estimated tax payments.
  • Assist with Pillar Two compliance and public country-by-country reporting.
  • Assist with federal and state tax matters.
  • Perform research, analysis, and interpretation of tax law changes and evaluate organizational impact.
  • Perform timely resolution of correspondence and notices from income tax authorities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to better leverage department resources.
  • Work on special projects as assigned.

We’re excited about you because you have...

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or advanced degree.
  • CPA or Master’s degree in taxation strongly desired.
  • 5+ years of experience in tax compliance and provision of a public accounting firm or a global tax team of a publicly traded company.
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $145,000-$175,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
