About The Role

The Manager, SCO Solutions serves as the primary interface between Business Units, Mode Teams, and Global SCO Operations to identify, design, and deploy value-creating logistics solutions. This role improves the speed, reliability, visibility, and cost-effectiveness of the global logistics network by translating strategic and operational requirements into scalable system capabilities, advanced analytics, and standardized operating solutions across the enterprise.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

Strategic Solution Management

  • Lead cross-functional logistics solution initiatives across IT, Mode Teams, Business Units, and Operations, ensuring delivery of complex programs on time, within scope, and aligned with enterprise strategy.
  • Design and deploy system-enabled solutions for strategic logistics initiatives, including network consolidations, regional expansions, and new capability enablement within Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
  • Evaluate third-party application readiness and integration feasibility; conduct functional gap analyses across tools supporting parcel, risk visibility, rating, and execution platforms.
  • Anticipate and shape future solution requirements based on global supply chain strategy, geopolitical risk exposure, and evolving digital capabilities such as predictive analytics, automation, and API integration.
  • Provide subject-matter leadership on enterprise initiatives targeting cost avoidance, cost reduction, service reliability, and working capital optimization.

Technical Execution, Operational Enablement and System Optimization

  • Own the functional design, deployment, governance, and continuous optimization of logistics technology solutions, ensuring platform stability, scalability, and successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Lead development of analytics, dashboards, automated data solutions, AI virtual server, and decision-support tools, including the Transportation Management System (TMS), to improve visibility, risk management, and operational decision-making.
  • Partner with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions, manage issue resolution, and validate implementation outcomes.
  • Drive operational excellence through process automation, continuous improvement initiatives, solution documentation, training, and stakeholder enablement activities.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes through governance forums, steering committees, and formal leadership reporting.

For This Role, You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field required; MBA or master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation systems, analytics, or related disciplines supporting complex operational environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of Transportation Management Systems, with Oracle Transportation Management preferred.
  • Advanced analytics and data visualization experience using platforms such as Power BI, SQL‑based tools, or Oracle analytics environments.
  • Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and analytical workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross‑functional programs across global teams and time zones.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart

  • Advanced Python‑based automation for data‑intensive logistics workflows and tooling.
  • Experience orchestrating ETL and integration workflows using modern scheduling or automation frameworks.
  • Deep SQL expertise across enterprise data models and large transactional datasets.
  • Direct experience deploying enterprise‑scale logistics initiatives such as consolidation programs, mode optimization, and international network expansions.
