About The Role
If you are interested in product management and experienced in process instrumentation or industrial markets, Emerson has an exciting role for you. As a DP Flow Product Management Engineer based in our Boulder, CO facility you will assist in portfolio strategy, commercial execution, and collaborate across global teams to enhance adoption of Emerson’s industry-leading DP Flow products. Your ability to influence, plan, and act decisively in the face of ambiguity will be central to your success.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Lead product management activities for assigned, low complexity, products/product lines. Serve as subject matter expert and internal and external champion for assigned products/product lines.
- Assist in new product development incorporating the voice of the customer into the new product development process and engaging with design engineering and other functional teams to assure customer needs and business financial targets are met.
- Develop familiarity with competition, their products, and their markets. Develop technical familiarity with competitive products.
- Participate with sales force, world area marketing and business development and Integrated Marketing to identify customer facing initiatives required to achieve growth goals.
- Assist in new product development incorporating the voice of the customer into the new product development process and engaging with design engineering and other functional teams to assure customer needs and business financial targets are met.
- Take an active role in exploring opportunities to enhance efficiency and selling effectiveness through the use of AI

For This Role, You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 2+ years of industry experience
- Experience with Industrial Business to Business sales
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Capable of developing strong global relationships
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 10%

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the annual pay range for this role is $71,500 - $102,200 commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
