POSITION SUMMARY

The Quality Assurance Administrator provides administrative and clerical support to the Quality Assurance Department. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate quality records, tracking and reporting quality data, and supporting quality initiatives to help ensure departmental objectives are achieved and continuous improvement efforts are successful.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Maintain and oversee quality records, documentation, and reporting systems.
  • Monitor and analyze quality data, trends, and performance metrics.
  • Generate and distribute quality and production performance reports.
  • Investigate quality-related issues through data analysis and records review.
  • Support quality initiatives, audits, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Coordinate documentation, reporting, and information sharing across multiple facilities.
  • Administer quality systems, files, and departmental resources.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of quality documentation and data.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Quality Assurance team.

Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration or related field
  • Previous experience in an administrative, clerical or office support role
  • Experience maintaining records, reports, and data in a fast-paced environment is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
