You'll also have the opportunity to look beyond individual cases — identifying recurring issues and trends, supporting process improvements and helping prevent future customer disputes.

What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality support to internal and external customers, taking ownership of enquiries, issues and escalations through to resolution.
  • Support the financial operations of clinical trial projects , including reviewing project information, financial data and budget tracking.
  • Investigate potential overspend, discrepancies and customer disputes , documenting findings and communicating them clearly to Project Managers and relevant stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Project Managers and partner teams to resolve issues efficiently and in line with agreed processes and service levels.
  • Identify and support process improvements that enhance customer experience, accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Share knowledge and support onboarding, training and team activities when required, while taking ownership of your day-to-day workload.

What We’re Looking For

  • Ideally, 3+ years of experience in customer support, customer operations, shared services, financial operations, order management, service delivery, reporting, or a similar operational environment, preferably within a multinational or SSC.
  • Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills , with the ability to investigate complex enquiries, identify root causes and drive issues through to resolution.
  • Strong analytical skills , with experience working with operational or financial data, identifying trends, discrepancies and recurring issues, and communicating findings clearly.
  • Excellent attention to detail , with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality across multiple systems and tools.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills , including experience working with reports, operational data and performance metrics.
  • Excellent English communication skills , both written and verbal, with a professional and collaborative approach.
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills , with the ability to work independently, make sound decisions and manage multiple priorities in a changing, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work from our Budapest office 5 days per week for approximately the first three months . After this period, the standard hybrid working model will apply (2 days per week home office).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial operations, billing, dispute management, project support or customer operations .
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar platforms.
  • Experience with reporting, KPI monitoring, data analysis or operational controls .
  • Exposure to process improvement, project coordination or knowledge-transfer activities .

  • Flexible Cafeteria package including SZÉP Card contribution and additional benefit options
  • Complimentary language courses
