• Hands‑On Global Sourcing Responsibilities Lead sourcing programmes
• Team Leadership & Development
• Stakeholder Demand Management & Prioritization

• Processes and tools development
• 10+ years' experience in sourcing or strategic procurement , team leadership , international experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering or similar
• Fluent English , other languages will be considered as a plus
• Category management methodologies, supplier and contract management  
• Player-coach leadership style with strategic thinking combined with strong analytical and negotiation skills

Compensation

• •Basic wage component (gross): 70000 euros per year
