We’re looking for a full-time Shipping Coordinator who is organized, dependable, and takes pride in getting the details right. In this role, you’ll play an important part in making sure medications are prepared accurately and delivered safely and on time to the facilities and patients who depend on us.

Schedule & Pay

  • $21.00 per hour
  • 11:00 AM–Close — typically 8:30–9:00 PM , with earlier weekend closing times.
  • 4 weekdays per week
  • Every other weekend
  • Flexible hours as needed

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and double-check orders to make sure they are accurate, complete, and ready for delivery.
  • Support delivery drivers and help ensure medications arrive at the right facility on time.
  • Scan prescriptions into totes for accurate and secure handling.
  • Help plan and optimize delivery routes.
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues and find solutions quickly.
  • Support and train drivers as needed.
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance and report needed repairs.
  • Serve as a backup delivery driver when needed.
  • Work closely with the pharmacy and delivery teams to keep daily operations running smoothly.
  • Protect patient information and follow all privacy and company requirements.
  • Provide friendly, professional service to our customers and facilities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • At least 21 years of age
  • 1+ year of related experience preferred.
  • Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
  • Comfortable using computers and pharmacy/operational systems.
  • Knowledge of delivery routing and driver training is a plus.

The Details

  • This is an active role that involves standing for most of the shift, ground travel, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
