About The Role

In this role, you will impact the quality and timeliness of manufactured components, ensuring that Honeywell’s production goals and customer requirements are consistently met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate and set up machining equipment, including CNC machines, to produce parts according to specifications.
  • Perform inspections and measurements to verify parts meet required tolerances and quality standards.
  • Maintain machining equipment and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize machining processes.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Proven experience operating and programming CNC machining equipment with a solid understanding of machining processes and tooling.
  • Knowledge of precision measurement tools and quality control techniques to ensure parts meet specifications.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints accurately.
  • Experience with machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure continuous operation.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.

WE VALUE

  • Associate’s degree or technical certification in machining, manufacturing technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in precision machining or related manufacturing roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with CNC programming software and CAD/CAM systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
